One-On-One Computer Help
This service is temporarily unavailable through March 2017.
Please see www.digitallearn.org, sponsored by the Public Library Association, for online tutorials.
Request a free, 45-minute one-on-one computer help session from one of our librarians. We offer help using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email, internet (including getting started with Gale Courses), intro to your iPad or tablet, intro to Macs in the Digital Creation Lab -- even using the Scanner-Readers to view microfilm. We may not be able to accommodate all requests for this service depending on subject matter. We cannot help troubleshoot or fix hardware issues, provide help with QuickBooks, teach typing, or instruct you on marketing.
- Be very specific when describing what you need help with if you want staff to be able to prepare handouts for you.
- You will be contacted by one of our librarians, typically within 7 days, to set up an appointment.
- Your 45-minute session will be in Study Room A, located on the library's upper level.
