Celebration of Hmong Culture

Celebrate Hmong culture with us Wednesday, November 14 at 7:00pm in Children’s Programming Room A/B.

We'll start with a bilingual storytime with a story read alternately in English and Hmong. Traditional Hmong dancers will display their beautiful costumes and graceful dancing skills. There will also be a musician, who will play traditional Hmong music. Refreshments will follow in the Hmong Resource Center.

If you have not visited the Hmong Resource Center before, come and take a peek. Here you can find books, magazines, DVDs and CDs both in English and Hmong. It is located on the first floor, between the Information Desk and the microfilm area.
