  1. Ready to Read: Play and Learn - Hispanic Edition

    Sundays 1:00-2:00 pm September 14 through November 23 and December 7 through December 14

  2. Every Child Ready to Read

    "Talk, Sing, Read, Write, Play -- Everyday!" This handout provides early literacy guidelines for you to use with your children. Every Child Ready to Read is not a program at the library, but a resource describing the importance of talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing with your child at different developmental levels.

    An early literacy experience for new walkers to children age 23 months. The 30 minute program will provide your active toddler with lapsit time as well as more opportunities to work on cognitive development and motor skills. Join us after for 15 minutes of play time. Siblings welcome.

  5. Storyvine

    When: 
    Wednesdays | 9:15-9:45 am OR 10:00-10:30 am | September 17 - December 3
    Where: 
    Children's Program Room A/B

     Join Children's Services Staff for a program for children, families and childcare providers. Come for stories, music and movement, fingerplays, and an occasional short animated story or puppet play. While geared towards childcare providers, families are always welcome to attend.  No registration required.  There is no program on July 2.
