Bloedow called the meeting to order at 8:15 PM. Dawson gave a brief history of the old City Hall building situation. He distributed a memo regarding a proposed compromise agreement worked out at a meeting between members of the Board's special committee, Detjen and the Supple brothers. Extensive discussion followed, with input from Aldermen.
Jeanette moved and Baehman seconded approval of sale according to terms of memo. The motion passed 4-1 (Bubolz)
The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 pm.
