Sign up at the Children's Desk to receive your official Cookie Club card.
Visit the Library and check out or read a book four times between April 25 and June 4 and receive a stamp on your official Cookie Club card. You must sign up at the Library to receive a card, and will receive your first stamp when you sign up. After you collect your four stamps, you can bring your completed card to Great Harvest Bread Co. on Northland Ave. for a free cookie! The Cookie Club is for children in grade 6 and younger. The Cookie Club card will expire on June 30, 2016. Thank you to Great Harvest Bread Company for sponsoring the Cookie Club!

Complete five activities across, vertically, or diagonally to get BINGO! Cross out activities that you complete.You may read to yourself, read to someone else or listen to books.You may complete five BINGOs for up to five spins of the wheel.Five BINGOs also earns a chance at a final drawing.A blackout on the BINGO board earns a second chance in the drawing.One BINGO sheet per child. November 30 is the last day to pick up prizes. Registration is required.
This program is ideal for students in classroom settings. Exceptions for prize pickup after November 30 will be made for teachers who are picking up prizes for their students. Contact Ann at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 920-832-6189 to register your classroom, rather than using the online form. You will be emailed a PDF of the Bingo board to use with your students.
Pick up your sheets at the Children's Service Desk or print them here. Redeem each sheet of 100 books at the Children's Services desk for a small prize. When you redeem the last sheet, for books 900-1,000, you'll receive another prize and a certificate for finishing. You must be registered to receive prizes.
