Downtown Poetry Walk
The Downtown Poetry Walk presented by the Appleton Poet Laureate Program with support from Appleton Downtown, Inc. features works by 25 local poets in select storefront windows along College Avenue, October 1 – October 31.
Join Cathryn Cofell, Appleton’s first Poet Laureate, for a very special guided tour of the Downtown Poetry Walk Saturday, October 25 from 1 to 3 pm. On this 2-hour tour, we’ll walk with several featured poets who will read their works displayed in storefronts along College Avenue.
In the event of rain, join us for a special poetry reading in the Vira Stoner Flex Box on the ground level.
