Having Trouble Getting In To Your Account?

Some library staff can help you with this by logging into their Midwest Tapes account, clicking on “hoopla” in the menu, and using the Patron Finder to see which email address you used or to change your password. Because limited staff have access to this, whomever you speak with may need to send an email to another staff member. While you may not experience an immediate resolution, depending on schedules, it should hopefully be a timely resolution.
