Field Trips

We offer field trips for students in preschool through high school. Please view the guidelines below for scheduling field trips.

Request a Field Trip

We schedule field trips on a first come, first served basis. Please schedule your visit with us at least six to eight weeks before your desired visit date. We can create library cards for the individuals in your group prior to your visit. Please choose the library card option in the form below to include this service.

If you answer yes, an application form will be emailed to you. The application(s) for each child who would like a card and a list of each child’s full name and home address will be required at least 10 business days prior to your visit.
Is your group interested in a tour of the automated materials handling room? (required)
Tours of the automated materials handling room are only available for elementary school students.

Please suggest three dates and times that work best for your group's visit.

  • Visits typically take about 30 minutes.
  • Please add an additional 20 minutes for checking out and an additional 15 minutes for Automatic Materials Handling Room tour if you select these options.

Please note the dates and times you request aren't confirmed until you are contacted by staff.
