Help with Hoopla
Finding Items & Supported Devices
Hoopla gives you access to thousands of movies, tv shows, music, books, audiobooks, comics, and magazines. Download or stream a limited number of items each month with no waiting lists.
Hoopla titles are not included in the InfoSoup library catalog. You’ll need to login to your Hoopla account to search and borrow titles.
Please note: libraries in the Outagamie Waupaca Library System must subscribe to Hoopla. This means only the libraries that pay for Hoopla have access. If Appleton Public Library is set as your home agency (your holds automatically come here without having to change the destination), then you should have access to Hoopla.
Use Hoopla on your laptop or computer by logging in to the website, or use the Hoopla app on your mobile devices. For a list of supported devices, visit the Hoopla Digital help page.
Bonus Borrows
The last seven days of each calendar month, Hoopla offers patrons a selection of TV shows, movies, comics and manga, books, and audiobooks without using their monthly borrows.
