Can I call to request items for contact-free curbside pickup?

Yes. If you know someone who does not have access to the internet, they can call the library to select items - (920) 832-6177. Library staff will call to schedule an appointment when items are ready.

 

Can I sign up for multiple appointments?

You may sign up for one appointment per cardholder per week.

 

What if I am late for my appointment?
If you miss your appointment, please call us – 920-832-6177. We will try to reschedule you. We will hold your items for you as they will already have been checked out to you. If we cannot get them to you for over a week, they will be checked in.

 

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please call library staff if you need to cancel your appointment - 920-832-6177. We will do our best to reschedule you.

 

Can we return materials? 

Yes, our outdoor book drop is open.

 

My home library is not Appleton; can I still use your service?
Yes. As long as you have a valid library card in good standing, you are welcome to use our service.

 

Are the items we pick up clean?
We cannot make any guarantees, however our staff are washing their hands when handling your materials. You are welcome to wipe materials down when you receive them. Please be mindful that some wipes hold a lot of liquid and may damage materials.

In addition, we quarantine returned items for 4 days, based on current scientific research.
