    Request a free virtual or in-person session with a library staff member or volunteer for up to 2 hours for help with the following: 

    • Job searches 
    • Online applications 
    • Writing cover letters 
    • Writing resumes 
    • Learning new skills using our free online resources  
    • Exploring career changes, including jobs that allow you to work from home 

    In addition to our One-on-One Job Connection Help, we recommend checking out the Job Center of Wisconsin and LEAVEN for job search assistance.  


    With your library card you can jump-start your professional and personal development with free, instructor-led online courses through Gale Courses. The list of courses includes topics such as technology, business, education and more.

    Check out the City of Appleton Job Opportunities page to learn more about open positions throughout the city. We also invite you to visit our community bulletin boards in the library for additional job postings and resources. 


    We have computers available to use throughout the library at no charge. Login with your InfoSoup library card number and last name. Don’t have a library card? You can visit a service desk to sign up for one or show a photo ID to staff to obtain a guest pass. Everyone has 3 hours per day to use the computers. 

    Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the library during our open hours. Simply select “aplpublic” as the wireless connection – no password needed. 

    We also offer copying, printing, and scan to email services. 

    You can print from a library computer or wirelessly from any device inside or outside of the building by visiting PrinterOn. Print jobs are available for two days after sending. Printers/copiers accept cash only. Fax machine accepts credit or debit cards. 
    Printing Prices 
        • $0.15 per side for black and white printing (Letter & Legal) 
        • $0.35 per side for color printing (Letter & Legal) 
        • $0.25 per side for black and white printing (Tabloid) 
        • $0.50 per side for color printing (Tabloid) 

    Fax Prices 
        • $1.75 for the first page and $1 for each additional page within the United States 
        • $3.95 for first page and $3.45 for each additional page outside the United States
