- Staff may extend sessions beyond time limits based on room availability and demand. Extensions are granted at the discretion of staff to balance operational needs and to ensure equitable access for all users.
- The individual or group making the reservation must be present in the room for the booking and cannot be transferred to another individual or group.
- If a reserved room is left unoccupied for more than 15 minutes, including from the start time, the reservation will be canceled, and the space will become available for others.
- Should a space be vacant after the booking time, users may remain in the room until 15 minutes prior to the next booking.
- Room capacities vary and are limited to the amount of seating provided.
- Users must adhere to all library policies, including the Space Use and Safety and Security Policies. Users must clean up after themselves and return the room to the way it was found.
